So being an "energy engineer" (literally I do boilers, chillers, calculate how much energy buildings use, how they can use less), back in the early days of FB (2007) i was looking for connections to professional groups related to energy (like Association of Energy Engineers - AEE). Anyway, Caren was doing some kind of question answer thing about Chakras, I answered right and as a result I was gifted a free long distance reiki mini session. I meet Caren in 2018 at my massage school. We were learning about physical/spiritual energy modalities and how they work within our clients. My teacher had Caren came in to talk to us about Reiki and how it works. I had always heard of energy work but never in my life did i think or believe I would ever meet a teacher or master of any modality of the energy work.

It was hard to process at first in class and so it took a couple of weeks for me to get the courage or guts to really explore it. So I made a one-on-one session with Caren. During the first session I realized this was the help and guidance that I was looking for in my life. After 2 years of “in person” and “remote healings” with her; I took it to the next level of my life and career, and learned level 1 Reiki. I have practiced my skills here and am getting more and more practice and confidence with time. During the times of remote sessions with Caren, I have felt the same positive work as the session in person! By the end of the sessions I feel more relaxed/relieved and much lighter!!. When I don’t understand something she breaks it down for me and helps me understand it in a much deeper level.
